Julianne Grasso received a Franke Institute for the Humanities Dissertation Completion Fellowship and will be in residence at the Franke Institute as a doctoral fellow. She also received a Stuart Tave Teaching Fellowship next year to teach a course in the spring quarter: “Video Game Music as Play and Discipline (1980s to Present)”.

Jessica Peritz, won a Mellon-CES (Council for European Studies) Dissertation Completion Fellowship and is a nonstipendiary recipient of the Alvin H. Johnson AMS 50 Dissertation Fellowship from the American Musicological Society. She will be an Affiliated Doctoral Fellow at the Franke Institute for the Humanities next year.
